Demarest Farms

While the home folks were dealing with chilly temps and even snow in some areas, the Bergen County in Jersey was seeing temps in the70s yesterday. This county has that silly blue law, no shopping on Sunday so folks find other things to keep them happy.

For us, we headed out to the Demarest Farms..hayrides, pumpkins, scarecrows and lots of people and fun.  Even the food was great and the general store was a blast.  At first Clint wasn't too sure about all this but he slowly caught on -- he was more interested in watching people but the hay ride was fun and then, walking amongst the pumpkins.

I like this one!

On the hay wagon...

Pumpkin?  Naw stick!

As you can see, we had a good time.  One more week, meaning this week and then the travel season ends.  Gotta tell ya, its been fun but hotel living gets old fast.  I really like Paramus, things within walking distance and that makes the days go by faster but miss the Resident Inn hotel where we had two rooms, a kitchen and more space.  Oh well, we shall survive...wait, no laundry room, this could get tricky.

Today's high is suppose to be 64--ya I can take it...have a good Monday and keep smiling.

 Getting donuts -- all kinds..yummy!
This be the hay wagon -- what a ride!
Yes this is fun...now stop with the photos and help me pick these suckers up!
More another day....
